For our Consumer Health Care department, located in Santa Palomba - Pomezia (Rome), we are looking for a** Demand Planner** for a 12 months temporary contract

In this role the **Demand Planner** will be responsible for the forecast accuracy and will be part of Squad discussion and ensure that Supply Chain team is well represented and that actions are taken.

The **Demand Planner** will:

- Analyze current and historical shipment trends, distribution changes, POS data, and trade inventory levels in order to appropriately develop a SKU-level forecast in SAP

- Be responsible for reflecting market intelligence into the forecast (such as brand strategy, pipeline goal, consumer campaigns)

- Measure, track & report performance of the current statistical models and parameters - put any actions in place when needed

- Make recommended adjustments to the models and parameters

- Look for new ways to achieve better statistical forecasting performance

- Enable PLAN to deliver/improve service & inventory targets by delivering/improving forecast measures for her/his portfolio

- Provide demand input to the S&OP process to allow for transparency of risks and opportunities.

Participate in Demand Review and other S&OP forums as applicable

- In relation with the team, handle and ensure that all actions are in place to have right inventory level, drop our SLOBs and maximize our service level

**Qualifications

- University: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics & Predictive Analytics or Supply Chain.

Supply Chain Certification (APICS, IBF etc. )

nice-to-have

- At least 1 year in related experience

- Proficiency in English is required (B2 level and above)

- Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred

- Ability to share knowledge and personal experience with peers

- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, considering diverse perspectives and styles

- Ability to target your communications as appropriate for the audience and make presentations to a small to medium sized audience
