Duties of the Housekeeper Live-InAs an Housekeeper Live-In, the role includes:Responsible for all service duties (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Informal table service. Setting up tables (mise-en-place) formal, informal standards according to the daily requirements. Taking care of silver, crystal, cookeries. Responsible for cooking tasty and healthy meals for the family. Occasional dinners with guests. Family style cooking, healthy and fresh ingredients.

Experience for Italian cuisine. Pantry and grocery shopping. High-level residence general housekeeping duties:hoovering, dusting, cleaning. fine cleaning: windows, curtains, etc. Laundry and ironing:house linen, table linen. family wardrobe, luxury clothing. Care of luxury furniture and art. Uniform and white gloves use, provided by the family, according to daily needs. Meet & Greet of guests, manage the external companies, suppliers and maintenance workers. Dogs lover. Available to travel with the family in mountain, seaside and boat holiday residences. Must be able to be flexible and manage last-minute changes. Must have excellent time management and organisational skills and be looking for a long-term position. Must have highly professional and be able to use your own initiative and hit the ground running each day. Must be punctual and reliable and have strong discretion and respect to family life; must manage the family privacy. Location – Accommodation for the HousekeeperThe family is based in Roma. The Housekeeper will be assigned a private accommodation within the property.
