Role:The Sales Associate, reporting directly to the store management team, will serve as a Brand Ambassador, guiding and fostering customer loyalty throughout the sales process. Responsibilities:Manage relationships with an international clientele, providing product details and insights into PVH Italy's values. Utilize effective sales techniques to meet set objectives. Promote the company culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador. Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work environment. Assist in maintaining Visual Merchandising standards. Check stock on the sales floor, replacing items as necessary to ensure a full range of products and sizes is available. Requirements:Previous experience in a retail role. Dynamic with strong operational and organizational skills. Excellent presentation and grooming. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Availability to work shifts, especially on weekends.
