Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamicChange Management Specialistto lead and drive culture transformation initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to shift organizational culture, align employees with new values and behaviors, and ensure a smooth transition to the desired culture. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills to manage change while fostering engagement and reducing resistance. The HR communications role will report to change management specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Culture Assessment and Strategy Development:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current organizational culture, including employee surveys, focus groups, and leadership interviews.
Develop and implement a culture change strategy that aligns with the organization's long-term vision, values, and business goals.
Identify key cultural gaps and work with leadership to establish measurable culture change objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with senior leadership and external vendors to define the desired cultural shifts and articulate the vision for change.
Engage stakeholders at all levels to create buy-in and support for cultural initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between leadership and employees to facilitate open communication and feedback.
Change Management Planning:
Develop and implement change management plans, including communication, training, and reinforcement strategies, to support cultural transformation.
Identify potential challenges and resistance, and proactively develop mitigation plans to address them.
Use data to track progress and ensure that cultural changes are having the desired impact on organizational performance.
Communication and Engagement:
Design and deliver communications that clearly articulate the case for change, the desired culture, and what it means for employees.
Create engagement activities, including workshops, town halls, and team meetings, to help employees understand and embrace new cultural norms.
Develop storytelling and internal branding campaigns to reinforce culture change messages.
Training and Development:
Work with Learning and Development teams to design training programs that promote the adoption of desired behaviors and values.
Develop leadership development initiatives to equip leaders with the skills necessary to model and drive cultural change.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to leaders and managers as they navigate the cultural transformation process.
Measurement and Continuous Improvement:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress of culture change efforts and track employee engagement.
Regularly assess the effectiveness of cultural initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or culture transformation roles.
Proven experience in successfully managing large-scale culture change initiatives.
Experience with change management methodologies (e. g. , ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's 8-Step Model).
Skills:
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret data to guide decision-making.
Preferred/nice to have Qualifications:
Certification in Change Management (e. g. , Prosci, CCMP).
Experience in industries undergoing significant transformation or disruption.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms that support remote engagement and culture-building efforts.

Proactive and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
Flexible and adaptable to dynamic organizational needs.
