Now there is the unique opportunity to join our team as jr. Accounting Specialist in our office in Milan, Italy

**Responsibilities**:

The main duties of our future employee are:

- all accounting and tax matters for the selected entities

- participation in the approval process (contracts, invoices) in our internal ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics)

- depending on the seniority, training and support of junior colleagues

- accounting of receipts and transactions (incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, advances, other accounting)

- review contract terms / agreements and ensure payments are accurate and executed in a timely manner

- performing the month-end process

- preparation of tax reports

- taking part in preparation of financial statements, participation in annual audit

- weekly cash flow statements and other ad hoc reports if necessary

- internal loans management - interests' calculation, confirmation of balances

- management of internal loans - interest calculation, verification of balances

**Requirements**:

- at least 1-2 years of accounting work experience

- Bachelor's degree - financial and accounting qualifications preferred.

- familiarity with tax rules in Italy

- MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and ERP system (Dynamics 365 (F&O) is an advantage)

- Italian as native language and a good command of English is necessary.
