Jr. Career Development Specialist
WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
You will be part of the HR Team for Consulting Staff taking part in the activities related to Career Development processes across different cohorts (Associates, Consultants, . . . ).
You will work closely with the Talent Team in all phases of the CD process interacting with: local CD Chair and CD Advisors, Consulting Team, other HR team, Talent Coordinators and Talent Managers of the BCG network.
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
- Maintaining a strict relationship with Talent Coordinators and Career Development Advisors to ensure a proper flow of information and correct organization of Career Development activities;
- Supporting to the pyramids' analysis and update;
- Preparing documents required for the CD Meetings, Cohort meetings, etc.

- Contributing to HR workstreams to update internal policies and ensure top notch employee journey;
- Supervising assignments of internal mentors for new hires;
- Analyzing cohorts metrics, reporting and project management activities;
- Providing certifications on internal CD platform (Workday);
- Preparing Career Development Meetings, involving updating and organizing info on the followingareas:
- Scheduling of all CD related activities, managing deadlines and guiding on processes
- Ensure feedback forms are correctly and timely submitted by evaluators
- Update of internal systems
- Managing various stakeholders and liaise with different HR departments.
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
- At least 1/2 years of relevant working experience in HR in a similar role;
- Advanced level experience with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
- Comfortable with the use of data based systems and report running;
- Attention to details, excellent organization skills, attitude for working under pressure and for respecting deadlines, delivering high quality results;
- Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests, as well as proactivity and ability in handling multiple tasks;
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, drive and commitment;
- Creative problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work both in team and independently when needed (willing to take initiatives);
- Attitude to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
- Leverages network effectively within office and across functions (as appropriate).
