Controller.

Main tasks: Management of the monthly and quarterly reporting of the Group; Evaluation, control and analysis of the Group inventory; Preparation and analysis of the weekly sales report of the Group; Monitoring and analysis of the marginalities of the Group; Support to the accounting department for quarterly closures; Support to the Budget and Business Plan preparation; Support to the Group forecast/reforecast process; Perform ad-hoc analysis; Qualifications BA in Economics or similar; At least 3 years of experience in Finance/Controlling (audit experience is considered a plus and experience in the fashion retail industry as well); Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); Excellent knowledge of the MS office tools (Excel and Power point proficiency); Knowledge of Italian accounting standards (OIC); Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX) and Qlik Sense are a plus Soft Skills: Good knowledge of high-end fashion field Strong interpersonal communication and communication skills Flexible to work in a multicultural context A proactive and positive attitude Team worker Able to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-development attitude Sense of ownership Availability to business travels abroad
