Your Role We are looking for an energetic and process driven Controlling Specialist to join our Finance Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy).

You will focus on supporting the Team in all finance operations and coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and monthly variance reports.

Your Impact Focus on value creationConduct variance analysis and reporting and business and profitability analysisPrepare and analyze financial and economic dataSupport the creation of business dashboardsReport on and analyze sales and margins based on several analytical aspectsSupport the budgeting processDevelop annual budget and monthly forecastsAssess and support the development of the areas' operational plansSupport Branches in preparing financial reports and oversee local accounting adjustmentsAbout You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What You Should Bring 1-2 years' experienceMaster's Degree, preferably in Economics/Business AdministrationEnglish and Italian fluencyAnalytical mindset and attitudePrevious experience in accounting management and knowledge of accounting management principlesGap and variance analysisKnowledge of product economics (volumes, pricing, margins ROI)Knowledge of SAP CO-PA (preferred)Pricing analysisTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer Technogym is an equal opportunities employer.
