Functieomschrijving Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a

Finance Specialist

for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.

CCNL Metalworking Industry, level B1-B2, commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus meal vouchers.

Possibility of smart working.

Responsabilità The resource, joining in a team of 5, will have to:

Work in collaboration with the Regional Finance Manager and the Regional Americas Finance Leader to estimate quarterly sales and margins.

Active participation in accounting closing activities, conducting ledger analysis and monitoring actual data compared to estimates.

Consolidate the P&L balance sheet of the various legal entities, including statutory analysis.

Contribute to projects that improve the quality of financial data, working with the IT Finance team to resolve technical issues.

Working with the intercompany team.

Support contractual margin reviews and provide training to junior analysts and contractors.

Closely monitor and review AERO transactions.

Handle any ad hoc business requests as they arise.

Support during audit activities.

Functie-eisen Fluent English language skills, C1-C2 level Possess a degree in economics/engineering subject Analytical mindset, strong speaking and written communication skills.

Demonstrate strong commitment and enthusiasm towards new financial projects.

Proactive attitude, problem solving and ability to work under pressure.
