We are looking for a Junior Help Desk to join our IT team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for devices (PCs, printers, smartphones, etc. ).
Assist with Office and Microsoft 365 management.
Support domain management and DNS configuration.
Help manage user accounts and Active Directory tasks.
Assist in the installation and maintenance of Windows Server and network devices.
Gain exposure to virtualization systems (VMware) and basic SQL operations.
Desired Skills and Knowledge: +1 year of experience in similar role Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Office and Microsoft 365.
Interest in networking and network device management.
Eagerness to learn about Windows Server and Active Directory.
Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
