**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Attends internship events and functions including but not limited to social networking events and roundtables
- Assists with assignments the team is currently working on in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and internal communication areas
- Familiarizes oneself with the functions of the department
- Contributes valuable work through delivering against performance goals and assigned projects
- Performs other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Ideally possesses a bachelor's degree (or the equivalent) in a related field
- Ideally 6 months of working experience (previous experience in HR, multinational company)
- Effective people management skills
- Highly motivated a self-starter and great team player.
Good attitude towards teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Italian - native speaker, English - fluent both written and verbal
- Ability to travel between the plants by vehicle
- Fixed term contract, but it can be extended after 6 month
Knowledge and Skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately follow instructions
- Takes initiative and is intellectually curious
- An effective communicator, both written and oral
- Some knowledge of the function related to the position
