Who we are**:

Founded in Spring 2021 in Italy, Neulabs has a mission: to build a new consumer goods platform by acquiring and scaling winning brands.

At Neulabs we allocate a lot of resources to the companies we acquire, including brand managers, SEO experts, PPC experts, visual designers, graphic designers, supply chain experts, etc.

**Who you are**:

- have a basic knowledge of the main HR topics: recruiting, training, development, compensation, organization, administration;

- have experience (even short) in HR-related projects;

- be fluent in English;

- be proficient in using excel / spreadsheet;

- be pragmatic and hands-on (in a few words, you get things done);

**What you will do**:

As a part of the HR team, you'll give support to the growth and standardization of all the HR-related policies and tasks.

- HR systems: implement and maintain the new and existing HR softwares;

- Administration: support in regular administration procedures (absence recording, payroll cycle, . . . )

- People Management: interact with different colleagues and managers in order to collect documents, plan trainings, company's meetings and events.
