**Your work-life opportunity**:

Glovo is looking for a world-class **People Generalist Intern **to join our team in Milan!

You will be working directly with the Italy People Partnership team by providing support on some important topics such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, people experience, organizing and creating effective and efficient processes!

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Support People Partnership team in daily operations-

- Support onboarding of newcomers-

- Liaising with our People Operations team in managing documentation for current and new hires: contracts, legal, H&S documentation, personal information-

- Grow potential talents for People Department: support in Staffing, Talent Development and Performance Management and People Experience initiatives-

- Support Compensation & Benefits activities from a People Generalist perspective-

- Undertake reporting activities**You have**:

- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar-

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills-

- Good attention to details-

- Teamwork and organization skills-

- You are driven by good vibes-

- Organization and time-management skills-

- Great sense of urgency, to adapt to our very dynamic environment-

- Able to work confidently in a changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required**Nice-to-haves**:
