The HR Generalist works closely with Commercial HR Business Partners to support with corporate programs and administrative tasks in every area of HR including compensation and benefits, internal communication, recruitment, Talent Management and Learning & Development. - RESPONSIBILITIES

- You will directly report to the HRBP Commercial working closely also with the Talent Activation Manager and you will focus on the following areas:

- Internal Communication: coordinate internal communication process and the HR newsletters, management of internal events and fundraising initiatives

- Employee Engagement: Coordination of employee's satisfaction surveys and activities to promote employees' engagement, well-being and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

- HR BP Commercial Support: provide support to the Sales field functions, in the consistent use of global and local HR tools, processes and policies; support organization of Reckitt Graduate Program, support HRBP/Talent Activation Manager and handling training activities; support in delivering induction training and educating newly hired employees/interns on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations, support HRBP on drafting letters for employees (new hiring/change assignments/announcements)

- HR Administration and operational support: support the team in opening orders and managing invoices in SAP Ariba, provide system (SF) administration support to HRBP and Talent Activation Manager

- Talent Management support: reports and analysis regarding Performance and Talent Management process

- Recruitment: selection of Field Sales related roles; support Employer branding external events.

- REQUIREMENTS- 2 years of experience as HR Generalist, in a fast-moving international environment

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

- Fluency in Italian and English

- We offer a temporary contract (one year).
