As a Junior HR Specialist , you will screen and select talent to support the company's growth.

You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process while supporting broader HR functions as needed.

Your Role: Review resumes, screen applicants, and schedule interviews with potential candidates; Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit; Coordinate and manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience; Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records; Support the preparation and posting of job descriptions and job ads for open positions; Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and HR databases.

Ideal Candidate: English is mandatory (C1+).

Other languages are a strong plus; Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 6 months/1 year of experience in recruitment (internships or entry-level experience welcome).

Contract/salary based on experience.

The job is full-time, based in Turin.
