Burger King Restaurants Italia (part of the group QSRP (Quick Service Restaurant Platform)) is looking for a Jr HR Business Partner ready to take on the challenge to join the Human Resources department.

Mission: The general mission of the HRBP is to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies and processes at the store level, in alignment with company goals.
The HRBP will report directly to the Head of HR, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
The resource will be responsible for managing the employees of the restaurants within their designated area, ensuring compliance with company regulations, policies, and procedures.
This role will manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management and compliance, while collaborating with other HRBPs to share best practices and ensure consistency across locations.
Main Responsibilities: People Management Promote and ensure employee adherence to company standards and policies, through regular communication, in-store meetings, store visits, and individual meetings with store employees.
Manage the development and motivation of store employees to improve performance and support key positions.
Collaborate in the performance appraisal process.
Conduct succession planning sessions to identify skill gaps, employees ready for advancement, and the necessary development actions.
Manage disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies, addressing performance or behavioral issues promptly and fairly.
Support the preparation of compensation plans and salary increases for store employees.
Coordinate with Admin and Payroll Officer to ensure accurate actions (bonus and salary increase information).
Anticipate and respond to staffing needs in collaboration with the District Manager, ensuring proper staffing levels for both managerial roles and crew staff for existing and new stores.
Balance staffing requirements with a cost-efficient and fair contractual mix that aligns with the company goals.
Guarantee the maximum utilization of internships based on store capacity, manage job posts, screening, and support store managers for the recruiting and onboarding phase.
Manage recruitment for disadvantaged individuals, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting inclusivity within the workforce.
Activate job posts on the correct channels to maximize visibility, including the company ATS, external recruitment providers, and career fairs.
Ensure that existing stores always have a strong candidate pipeline through effective job advertisements and screening processes.
Evaluate and engage in industry-specific events to attract the right talents and raise awareness about the brand.
Maintain relationships with external consulting companies for recruitment support.
Promote and implement recruitment initiatives for the store employee (referral campaign) and resources across stores.
Prepare salary offers and present them to candidates.
Training Supervise and organize Health and Safety Courses and ensure completion of mandatory training (e. g. , Health and Safety) to meet legal requirements.
With the help of the HR Department, supervise apprenticeship training, ensuring proper support and compliance with apprenticeship standards.
Organize training sessions on HR management topics towards Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
Reporting Prepare internal reports on turnover, headcount, internship ratio, and other key store metrics for management review.
Requirements: Degree in Economics, Law, Psychology, or a Master's in HR Management.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail (food retail is a plus), in structured environments.
Good knowledge of labor law.
Solid understanding of labor cost management dynamics and levers.
Good knowledge of key HR processes (budgeting, recruiting, personnel administration).
Proficiency in Italian (C2).
Valid driver's license (Category B).
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Preferable knowledge of Infinity Zucchetti software.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
Good knowledge of English (B1 level).
Previous experience in a similar role in retail environments, preferably food retail.
Availability to travel, with the possibility of being on-site at restaurants 3-4 days a week within the designated area.
Results-oriented.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong predisposition for teamwork and relationship management.
