What will you do? For the strengthening of the Technology Competence Center, Alkemy is looking for one Junior IT Project Manager. The position will have the following responsibilities: Structure and maintain roadmaps of projects mainly aimed at the implementation of websites and apps. Collaborate with key business stakeholders for accurate definition of business requirements. Define with involved internal departments (IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail, Legal, etc. ) a set of milestones, roles and responsibilities for each initiative/project. Establish a framework to track milestones, goals, and objectives, communicate progress and help identify issues. Lead the conversation with IT/ICT managers to define the allocation of projects against the release roadmap. Define project stakeholders and tasks to create a robust execution plan (GANTT). Manage project updates and track deliverables. Location: Milan (hybrid) Experience: 1-3 years Competence Center: Technology What do we value? The following are essential requirements: 1-3 years of digital project management preferably in ICT. Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management vocabulary.
