Position SummaryIn this role you will manage warehouse operations and delivery service network together with Nespresso Logistics Team and third-party logistics providers.

The goal is providing outstanding delivery services to our customers across the different channels, meeting quality standards, maximizing process efficiency and minimizing costs. A day in the life of a Logistic SpecialistManage control daily inbound and outbound activities on delivery service networkManage optimize operations activities at warehouse levelManage third-party logistics providers focusing on performances, promoting a continuous improvement approachCreate effective relationships and efficient communication flows with internal stakeholders and external suppliersAnalyze Order Delivery KPIs to highlight issues, trends and improvement areas, in order to guarantee Nespresso Supply Chain targets achievementLead regular Operational Reviews with external suppliers to create and monitor projects and action plansSupport the team with analysis and reports, aggregating data from multiple sources and managing large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information to provide action-driven insightsPromote innovation, identifying market trends and opportunities and managing their implementation in our operations networkProactively collaborate with all Nespresso Logistics Team in order to guarantee full alignment and efficiency among the entire Supply ChainWhat will make you successful1-2 years of professional experience in LogisticsMaster's degree, specialization in Management Engineering (preferably Supply Chain)Experience in third-party logistics managementPositive forward-looking approach, problem solving attitudeData-driven and solution-orientation mindsetAccuracy, attention to details and excellent work organizationExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and good experience with BI toolsGood communication and analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
