A good maintenance engineer is so much more than just a scheduler.

His/her job is to advocate for the maintenance department, keep colleagues engaged and enforce the maintenance schedule.

However, a good maintenance engineer must also be adept at changing direction when emergencies arise.

In this role you will support the maintenance supervisor to coordinate maintenance available resources while ensuring jobs get done on time.

You will also reduce maintenance costs, minimize the maintenance backlog, extend asset life cycle, and increase output.
