**The team you will be a part of**:
The national sales team is responsible for centrally managing the commercial relationship with the main electrical chains and online trade partners.
The mission of the team is to implement and execute at the best the commercial and go to market strategy for all brands and all product categories to reach the kpi's in terms of turnover and total profitability.
**This role in summary**:
The role provides a unique 360° view of the commercial strategy for the omnichannel players in the market and the national promo plan and activities.
In this role, your responsibility will rely on two specific areas: promo plan sell out analysis support (on and off line channel) and coordination together with the national account manager of the definition of future promo activities with the goal of maximizing sell out and investment, through the best product and price offer.
You will have also direct responsibility in deploying and implementing digital plans with the main click and mortar chains, as well as analyzing the digital channel sell out performance
**Your responsibilities will include**:
Reporting to the Sr.
Sales Manager your main tasks in the role will be to:
- Support the definition of promotional activities with main trade partners, online and offline - product offer, recommended price and communication.
- Support the coordination among different channels on total business unit national promo plan
- Direct responsibility on sell out performance analysis both for online and offline channels
- Analyze market data, provide insights and identify trends to make business recommendations and drive promotional strategy
- Conduct market data analysis cross channel to identify best product offer for the national activities
- Direct responsibility for the implementation of digital plan in the click & mortar channel, as well as analyzing performance and ROI
- Support go to market strategy for the digital channel in the TP improving content presence, rating & review and managing investments
- Ensure the communication and collaboration between functions identifying key interdependencies to maximize sell out performance
**Minimum requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in market/commercial roles
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Project Management skills
- Ability to interact and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
- High orientation to results and good interpersonal skills
- Fluent italian, English is a plus
