**About the Role **:As a Junior People Operations Specialist, you'll undertake a wide range of HR tasks; if you are a people-person who is passionate, hard-working, and eager to learn, this position might be the perfect fit for you.

You will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer essential functions, such as recruitment and selection, learning and development, benefits, and performance management.

In addition, working together with other members of the Operations Team, you will:

- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topic and resolve any issues that may arise

- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures

- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters

- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

- Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports

**Some important details**:

- Empatica is an international environment with offices in Europe and the US, and so we conduct all our work in English.

- We are operating a hybrid model where our employees choose whether to work from home or come to the office, however this is not a full-remote position.

**Requirements**:

You are the ideal person for this job if you:

- Have BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field

- Have 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources field or relevant administrative position

- Have good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

- Are familiarity with ATS software and resume databases

- Are very proactive and able to think on your feet

- Are able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information

- Are able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

- Have a passion for Empatica's products and mission

- Have resilience, a get-things-done attitude, and an innate desire to do great work
