Job description

We are looking for a start-up minded individual who will have the opportunity to play a key role in the digital product development lifecycle.

Product Owners are leadership team members, who manage the product development process within our Digital Transformation division.

They research and analyze business needs to determine which features to include in products and propose product features ideas to stakeholders.

**Responsibilities

- In charge of driving the product roadmap for our digital business, improving efficiencies

- Translate & analyze market and customer needs to create the proper product roadmap

- Act as reference position among product development, business, and delivery team

- Product backlog management and prioritization

- Analyze and understand business key success factors, investigating and testing new product offers leveraging Analytics to conduct A/B Testing on new features

- Define, test, and optimize product listings

- Monitor customer feedbacks to improve product listings and attractiveness

- Run campaigns to increase reach and to max conversion

- Manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders on the stream

**What you'll need

- Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Engineering, economics or similar relevant field

- Fluent English spoken and written

- Start-up mindset

- Strong relationship skills and an international approach

- Be able to confidently communicate detailed explanations and ideas within more than one functional area

- Be comfortable in balancing uncertainty and competing priorities and objectives between multiple teams and interdependent systems

- High attention to details and driven by a desire to solve issues and improve digital products

- Analytical mindset mixed with business acumen and creativity

- Data analysis and reporting

- Agile methodology and Scrum framework as nice-to-have

- Basic Knowledge of UX/UI

- Basic Understanding of integration platform requirements
