Fresh graduate in Engineering (preferably mechanical, industrial or chemical). Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English language (B2).

Position Summary

Support and participate in the implementation and execution of investment plant of the factory. Lead the action plan to guarantee the compliance to the engineering standard for production and utilities.

A day in the life. . .

Investment Plan - support the Project Manager in overseeing the entire life cycle of factory projects: basic & detail design definition, risk analysis & communication plan; grant and budget monitoring to guarantee the implementation of the project on time and according with the expectations. Compliance - Guarantee adherence to Engineering Standard through gap assessment definition, action plan leading and status of activities verification. Support the Engineering Team in the implementation of the Management of Change process: lead the technical modification aimed to improve safety, quality and performance of asset. Support the Maintenance Planner in technical definition and update of critical assets in order to ensure that the maintenance plan is performed according to the engineering standard.
