If you are looking to join a fast-paced growth environment and do meaningful work that can make a true impact in the world, then keep reading.   About the role As a Jr. Quality Assurance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to join Empatica's Quality and Regulatory team in Milan.   This role will involve close collaboration across the entire company through supporting quality-specific activities, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of our processes.

Within this position, your responsibilities will include: Keep up-to-date the existing document knowledge base used by our teams to provide information to customers and stakeholders.

Prepare documentation related to audits.

Support the team with CAPAs and Quality Events activities.

Participate in process validation activities.

Participate in documentation and investigation of customer complaints.

Perform product inspections to specified requirements.   Assist with monitoring and maintenance of the applicable procedures and instructions.

Provide support for the supplier management program.

Evaluate suppliers, monitor supplier quality issues, and coordinate failure investigations in a timely manner.

Create reports on supplier performance.   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Other duties as assigned.

Some important details: Empatica operates in an international environment with offices in Europe, the US, and Korea.

All work is conducted in English.

Requirements You are the ideal candidate if you: Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field Are fluent in English Are an autonomous person with superb organizational skills, problem solving and attention to detail Are tech savvy and have the ability to quickly master new tools and platforms Have a passion for Empatica's products and mission Have resilience, a get-things-done attitude, and an innate desire to do great work Life at Empatica You will join a fast-growing, international, and diverse team of 110+ talented people who care passionately about what we do and the difference we are making in the world.
