Sales Manager to join our "Sales Team".
The role is based out of the Milan office and will report to the Head of Sales.

As a Jr.
Sales Manager you are responsible for acquiring and developing strategic clients and pushing our growth in Italy.
sennder Italia, headquartered in the heart of Milan, is changing the way people think about logistics.

sennder Italia is a Joint Venture between sennder GmbH and Poste Italiane.
Our company blends the sennder GmbH innovative soul, focused on technology and digitalization, with the expertise and know-how of the largest distribution network in Italy: Poste Italiane.
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- Take full responsibility on a specific sennder's client portfolio;
- Work directly with your accounts to identify and develop new business opportunities;
- Conduct ongoing analysis using our CRM (reports, sales KPIs) of the sales process in order to improve its efficiency and to manage the entire opportunities life cycle;
- Take full ownership of the whole sales cycle (from cold calls to contract sign);
- Collaborate with the operations department to ensure that clients receive an excellent service;
- Build up your skills in order to grow into a potential leading role in the future;
**PREFERABLY YOU ARE**:
- Minimum of 3 years experienced in sales or commercial roles;
- Experienced in B2B Sales, within a Startup and/or in the logistics FTL industry;
- A real hunter-minded, with the ability to influence an audience;
- A self-starter with a hands-on approach;
- Open to travel within the country (to attend customers' meetings) ;
- Fully fluent both in Italian & in English.
