STARS is a program offered to selected Luxottica customers that allows for better sell-out performances thanks to a closer partnership between Luxottica and customers.

STARS provides planning and assortment selection to Luxottica customers and is bases on a constant exchange of information between Luxottica and customer Point of Sales systems.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

- Store planning cross market and brand

- Through analytical support, assessment of customers' requirements in terms of inventory strategy & targets, and supply chain needs and solution

- performance analysis of actual results vs. expected ones, to identify opportunities and improve the service level

- using planning systems

- Interact with local STARS managers and commercial teams to define and monitor roll-out plan

- Interact with local STARS managers and commercial teams to analyse and monitor store performances

- Interact with Luxottica Logistics department and Planning department to monitor orders and service levels

- Interact with Corporate Stars planning department and/or Corporate Stars Product department, to identify and share any issues and/or new solution for new business models

- Regularly analyse the store stock situation with view to optimization and improvements

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

**Educational Background: Master's Degree - Economics / Business / Engineering
