**The role**:

We are looking for a Jr Supply Chain & Inventory Specialist, who will join our young and passionate Production team in Milan and will be responsible to oversee every stage of the production flow, from receiving the raw materials to the delivery of the final product, including stock optimisation.
The resource will report to our Production Manager and will cover a crucial role as point of contact with Procurement and Logistics, while having the ability to work independently in a fast paced high growth environment.

**What you'll do**:
- Work closely with the 3PL Manager, Procurement, Logistics and Finance to strengthen Supply Chain processes
- Become the expert of our WMS system to ensure that production personnel has the tools and data they need to be efficiently pack our boxes, and to improve the system itself with our International tech team
- Ensure accurate warehouse flows, from unloading the trailer at inbound, to internal logistics, consumption of the ingredients in production, and outbound, in order to guarantee that the right amount of product is moved and consumed at the right time
- Optimise stock levels and space utilisation together with Procurement and 3PL
- Ensure inventories/counts are performed to improve stock accuracy, and ensure timely and correct reporting
- Develop supply chain best practices together with International Operations team and in collaboration with other HelloFresh sites
- Set and track ambitious KPIs, balancing day-to-day operations with long term strategic objectives.
Define new measures and reporting methods to promote data-driven decision making
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement of warehouse and shopfloor promoting Lean methodology and tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Pull system, Kanban.
- Support Quality processes related to Supply Chain in collaboration with FSQA, with focus on inbound and stock management
- Contribute to a positive team dynamic that encourages our Production staff to share feedback and drive change within the facility, adapt to the ever-changing business, and stay focused on the customer experience
**What you'll bring**:
- Preferred background in Supply Chain / Management / Industrial Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in one or more of following areas: warehouse design and optimization, supply chain planning and management processes, supply chain modelling and optimization
- Preferably +1 year working with 3PLs / GDO / Structured Manufacturing environments
- Solid experience with WMS/ERP systems and processes related to material flow within warehouses
- Experience with managing different stakeholders within site operations (Procurement, Ops Tech, Logistics, Quality, Finance)
- You are a great communicator and a team player
- Strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge to convert what you see to tangible actions
- The ability to create structure for yourself and others
- Ability to both go into details and zoom out to keep perspective
- You have a positive attitude and love helping others
- Advanced English proficiency is a must
- Fluent Italian needed for 3PL management
