Reporting to the OES Spare Parts Business KAM, we are looking for a Junior Sales & Technical Account Spare Parts Business, who will support to develop, guarantee and maintain the growth of sales on OES spare parts (1st line, 2nd line and all makes).
Primary duties include collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and implementing a sales plan to drive growth, scouting new opportunities to win key projects, establish a long
- term successful relation with OES Customer's Organizations and collaborate with ITT OES Spare Part Organization to manage and drive OES Customer's needs.

**Your day in the life of Sales & Technical Account OES Spare Parts Business in ITT
Cooperate and support the Technical & Sales KAM OES Spare Parts Business in defining and executing appropriate sales strategies, business development strategies, marketing strategies when necessary (OES 1st line, 2nd line and All Makes)
Monitoring project processes and status in collaboration with the internal teams
Keep always developing an accurate knowledge of the OES business, organizations processes and market trends (1st line, 2nd line and All Makes)
Developing relationships with OES Customers who have a dedicated OES organization (OE Manufacturer / TIER 1) as strategic long-term partners
Developing a "daily" focus on OES customer's needs and opportunities to win new projects:
Manage Resourcing Activities, VAVE activities, RFI / RFQ processes for (1st Line, 2nd Line and All Makes);
Scouting new business opportunities
Developing Technical common solutions across OES/IAM accounts in cooperation with IAM Sales Technical KAM with the support of Spare Parts Business Organization
Enhancing a constant 2 ways information exchange between IAM and OES product portfolio
Monitoring and analyze the OES trend / profitability by using appropriate KPI's with the support of Sales Data Analysis dept.
and Finance, including forecast activities

Requisiti di posizione**:What will make you our perfect match?
Master or Bachelor degree preferably in Technical Disciplines
Able to work in team at each level of ITT organization in a multi cultural / multi country environment
Able to listen at customer's needs and to drive an effective communication with cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
Able to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a technical / sales perspective
MS Office is a pre
- requisite
Accuracy, strong attention to details, a customer centric approach, humbleness, delivering results as a mission and an entrepreneurial mindset are considered a must to have.
Languages: English fluent as a must (written / spoken)
