What is "JUMP!"?

"JUMP!" is Aliaxis Italy's Graduate Program created for young talent that wants to actively participate and give contribution into an international and dynamic context.

You will have the opportunity to: EXPLORE different roles and project into a multinational company that will allow you to widen your competencies.

LEARN through a structured 6-months training path, with the guide of specialized professionals and the support of a mentoring program.

How?

You will join and be introduced in our reality through a 6-months internship with a focus on a specific project in different areas such as You will have the chance to explore different specific areas such as Manufacturing, Health & Safety, Maintenance, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.

Where?

You will have the opportunity to join one or more of our 5 strategic plants in Italy: Casella (GE) Zola Predosa (BO) Fiesso Umbertiano (RO) Piombino (LI) Guardamiglio (LO) When?
