We are seeking a junior 3D Graphic Designer to join the Metaverse Transformation team, working in a Hybrid mode, and help create stunning visual content for our projects.

Your Role The Junior resource will be integrated into a work team, working alongside senior colleagues and responsible for:

Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations using Blender. Develop environments, props, and characters for experiences, simulations, and/or AR/VR/XR experiences. Work closely with developers, designers, and animators to bring concepts to life. Ensure assets meet technical and artistic requirements for real-time rendering. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in 3D graphics technology. Winning Requirements Proficiency in Blender for modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation. Experience with Unity and Unreal Engine, including importing assets, optimizing performance and visuals, and setting up materials. Strong understanding of real-time rendering, PBR workflows, and optimization techniques. Ability to create both realistic and stylized assets based on project needs. Experience with shaders, lighting, and VFX is a plus. Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, C#) is a bonus. Proficiency in English.
