What will you do in our team?

The Jr AC Power Engineer is supporting AC Power business manager and product managers, on AC Power products and technologies, in term of: support to sales and AEs for new products introduction and for specific enquires on existing products updates product literature, benchmarking, products presentations, List Price, and C1 support collecting customers' voice of customers and feedback to global team analysis on specific sales projects, quotes, pipeline etc.

The Jr AC Power Engineer should work with the team and improve his/her competence and knowledge in term of market, competitive landscape, and the technical details of the product.

Responsibilities Manage product lifecycle plans: introduction, line extension, engineered-to-order, end of production Update customer-facing documentation: product literature, list prices, presentations, sales tools Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, competitive landscape Gather voice of customers for new product business cases Track product costs, calculate margins, monitor finished goods inventory Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, competitive comparisons, and sales tools Attend customer meetings, product demos, and WT Support AE and Sales teams with documentation requests and ETO projects What will make you successful?

Educational Background : Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT Experience : 1+ years in technical roles, product/service development Preferred Expertise : Electrical and AC Power technologies Skills : Translate customer needs/pain points into solutions, Develop cross-functional relationships for business objectives, Problem-solving, data analysis, project management, High focus on customer needs, Excellent written & verbal communication skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications Language : Fluent in English (written & verbal) Time Travel Required : 10% The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principles & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
