What will you do in our team? The Jr AC Power Engineer is supporting the AC Power business manager and product managers on AC Power products and technologies in terms of:

Support to sales and AEs for new product introduction and for specific inquiries on existing products. Updates product literature, benchmarking, product presentations, List Price, and C1. Support collecting customers' voice of customers and feedback to the global team. The Jr AC Power Engineer should work with the team and improve his/her competence and knowledge in terms of market, competitive landscape, and the technical details of the product. Responsibilities Manage product lifecycle plans: introduction, line extension, engineered-to-order, end of production. Update customer-facing documentation: product literature, list prices, presentations, sales tools. Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, competitive landscape. Gather voice of customers for new product business cases. Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, competitive comparisons, and sales tools. Attend customer meetings, product demos, and WT. Support AE and Sales teams with documentation requests and ETO projects. What will make you successful? Educational Background: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT.

Experience: 1+ years in technical roles, product/service development.

Preferred Expertise: Electrical and AC Power technologies.

Skills: Translate customer needs/pain points into solutions. Develop cross-functional relationships for business objectives. Problem-solving, data analysis, project management. High focus on customer needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications.
