Responsibilities

- Confirm and reconfirm company's hotels reservations;

- Monitor payments and cancellations;

- Keep the company's hotels portfolio up to date;

- Maintain the company's files updated;

- Track receipt of commissions from hotels;

- Assist the Reservations department in processing clients' inquiries, payments, and support;

- Assist the Reservations department with creating customized private luxury itineraries;

- Assist with expanding the hotel portfolio;

- Negotiate new and existing hotels contracts.

**Key Results Areas

- Increase average commission % to PT by properly using the FIT contracts;

- Increase the hotels' loyalty and negotiate better contracts;

- Minimize the response time to agents and clients with quotes and confirmations.

**Requirements (Must-Haves)

- Bachelor's degree required;

- Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Italian) to interact with international clients and vendors;

- Meticulous attention to details;

- Ability to learn by experience and pick things up quickly while on the job, as well as to research and problem solve;

- Professional, proactive, resourceful, positive, team-oriented attitude;

- Ability and willingness to take direction as well as be self-motivated and work independently;

- Understanding of the needs of a very sophisticated, affluent, upscale clientele;

- Computer literate, excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
