Junior Account Executive
Cheil Italy , the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our Campaign & Experential Team in our Milan, Italy offices.
Main Roles & Responsibilities: Provide best in class client relationship, responding to incoming client or agency requests in a proactive and timely manner, demonstrating efficiency and reliability; Explore requests/briefs received with line manager to ensure adequate understanding of the request and expectations; Take responsibility for driving a job through the agency at every stage of the process, ensuring development, delivery and evaluation, by working in conjunction with all agency functions; Ensure the complete diligence of administrative tasks (cost estimates/financial tracking, timing plans, forecasting, contact & status reports, etc. ).
Desired skills: 2 years of experience as Account; Must have experience of extending retained/long term client relationships; Ability to understand creative solutions; Good knowledge of the Office Suite; Precision, attention to detail; Good in English.
Attitude & Attributes: Excellent communicator both verbal and written (in English as well); Extremely passionate and positive; Show Determination to succeed; Be able to manage multiple projects/tasks under pressure, maintaining strong attention to detail; Great team player.
