**Job Description**:
We are looking for an intern in the account management team inside the Italian Label & Artist Solutions team (former Distribution team).
As a Junior Account Manager you will manage daily relationships with a group of accounts (label or artist) to find the best solutions to maximize client satisfactions and services execution and to support colleagues in their daily relationships with producers.
Thanks to a good understanding of our products and of clients' needs, and an in-depth thinking of the music market you will be able to maintain good relationship with clients, improve skills in term of business data analysis, work on specific projects and support also the lead team in daily activities.
During the internship your mission will be to escalate client feedback and contribute to overall services improvement.
**Required Skills**:
- Good knowledge of the music industry
- Passionate about technology, data and artists / label development
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Good attitude in number crunching and reporting
- Very good interpersonal communicational skills
**Qualifications**:
- Passion for Independent music and record labels
- A good knowledge of the current and global music market, digital landscape, and trends.
- The ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously and to timelines with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the changing market.
- Extremely digital savvy and quick to adopt trends.
- Strong relationship building skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Creative interest in digital technologies and digital marketing opportunities especially the streaming landscape.
- A diligent self-starter who is ready to learn and will also take the initiative
- Experience in the music industry within a distributor, record label, management company preferred.
Previous account management experience is a plus.
