**Job Description**:

- Responsible for correctness and adequateness of company books, bank accounts

- Liaising with State Tax institution, local banks for settling of bank accounts, VAT, revenue and other corporate taxes

- Preparing financial reports for financial and administrative institutions

- Supervised responsibility for defining the process flow of financial documents in Italy

- Supervised responsibility for developing and maintaining country-specific procedures and policies regarding the update of chart of accounts, inventory settlement regulations and other procedures

- Supervised preparation of inventory monthly and annual reports

- Assistance with yearly statutory reports and coordination with external auditors

**Qualifications**:

- College/University degree in Accounting

- At least 1 year of experience of independent work in Finance/Accounting

- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and tax legislation

- Knowledge of and experience with SAP

- Proficient Italian and good English skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Responsibility, attention to detail, communication skills, ability to work in a team

- Experience in an international company is a plus
