Junior Accountant Operation Pingueen
For our **Etinet**brand we are looking for a **Junior Accountant Operation Pingueen** to join our team.
**What Will You Do As a Digital Account / PM
You will be the primary point of contact for managing and distributing our WhatsApp products (both custom and self-provisioning) in foreign markets.
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- International Project Management: Coordinate launch and implementation of product on our online platforms (European stores) and support offline sales.
- International Sales Support: Assist sales teams of different brands in Southern Europe (France, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal) to ensure proper activation and promotion of the product.
- Coordination and Communication: Work closely with technical and commercial teams, as well as with your Italian account/PM colleagues, project manager, and SEU national management.
- Monitoring and Follow-up: Manage client expectations throughout all project phases—from initial configuration to launch—ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- New Brand Management: Participate in launch and development of a marvelous new brand, overseeing all stages of rollout and market consolidation.
**Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a motivated, and passionate person with a background or experience in communications, marketing, or IT.
**While extensive prior experience is not required, you should demonstrate**:
- A strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration in an international contest
- Talent in project management and problem-solving.
- A clear focus on customer satisfaction and meticulous attention to detail & goals
- Domicile within 100km of work location
**Technical Requirements
- Office Suite: Daily use for project management and monitoring.
- Smartphone and PC Skills: Comfort and autonomy with digital technologies.
- Web Competencies: Understanding how the web works and the opportunities it offers, especially for SMEs.
- Language Skills: Advanced in English and an additional language (French or Spanish), both written and spoken.
**Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- A high level of customer orientation and effective communication skills.
- A collaborative attitude in a multinational environment
**Additional Advantages
- Academic background in process management, marketing, new technologies, or foreign languages.
- Previous experience managing web/digital projects.
- Experience collaborating with product development teams or sales agents.
