We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team as a Junior Accounting & Administration Specialist (M/F).

In this exciting role, you'll gain valuable experience in accounting fundamentals and office administration tasks.

This role will report to the Business Administration Manager and over time become responsible for accounting activities such as accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.

Responsibilities:Process accounts payable and receivable transactionsReconcile bank statements and accountsPrepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger recordsAssist with month-end closing proceduresQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent in Accounting or related fieldExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsMinimum accounting experience is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, especially ExcelGood knowledge of English and ItalianIt's an on-site full-time position.
