Tasks

- Invoicing management ( active and passive cycle, entries booking and financial movements),

- Payment monitoring and collection, cashflow analysis and managing bank relations,

- Managing payments schedule and compliance tax deadlines,

- Update and maintain physical and digital archives,

- Support in the preparation of analyses and budgeting of the accounts if requested.

**Requirements**:

- Accounting Diploma or Economics degree,

- 1/2 years experience in similar environments,

- Basic knowledge of accounting,

- Basic knowledge of budgeting,

- Experience in QuickBooks and Fatture in cloud platforms,

- Advanced level in English and Italian (written and spoken).
