Junior Administration Specialist
Cheil Italy , the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a Junior Administration Specialist to join our PM Team in our Milan, Italy offices.

Reporting to the Process Manager, the new resource will play a key role in the management of projects involving all the different Business Units of the Agency.
Main roles and responsibilities: Opening projects and projects follow-up in the internal management system Bidding platform management support Checking compliance with the budgets provided by the Client Ensure the correct communication flow between the Business involved and team Finance to ensure correct billing and collection timing Support on administrative activities Creating, compiling, and providing reports Data Entry activities Support Procurement activities Support Process activities Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in economics or similar Good knowledge of the Office Suite (especially Excel) Precision, attention to detail Collaborative / teamwork attitude Organizational and relational skills Good in English Italian language knowledge on a native or professional level is mandatory What we offer: A stimulating, creative, and hybrid work environment that will encourage you to express and develop your potential through trainings within a young and dynamic multinational context.
