Through the unique H-FARM learning approach and collaboration with other organizations on campus, H-IS creates future-ready students. We are currently looking for an exceptional young professional to join our Admission team starting from October 2024, who will support our future new families and students. Main tasks: Assist the Admissions Manager in managing and tracking inquiries, applications, and admissions proceduresServe as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetingsSupport the organization and execution of admissions events, such as open houses, school tours, and orientation sessionsCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the school's admissions platformsAssist in maintaining the admissions database and ensuring the accuracy of applicant recordsHelp coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications with applicants and their familiesProvide support in the preparation of admissions reports and analysis of enrollment dataAssist in the onboarding process of newly admitted students, ensuring they receive all necessary documentation and information prior to their start dateStay informed about the school's programs, curriculum, and extracurricular offerings to effectively communicate with prospective familiesRequirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related fieldPrior experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative support is preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or admissions software is an advantageFriendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced settingPackage includes: IB professional developmentBeautiful, supportive working environmentMacBook AirOrganic food canteenContract Duration: Fixed-termApplication Details: If interested, please apply by sending:Cover letterUpdated CVList of 3 references (with contact information)We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as applications will be processed on a rolling basis.
