The Team supports the CEO and Stakeholders in detailing and executing the strategy of TeamSystem and takes responsibility for leading and executing high impact strategic initiatives, in partnership with Top Management.

**The role**:

The Junior Analyst will work on projects/initiatives within the Sales, Customer Operation and Integration areas and will be engaged in strategic projects with high priority and relevance for TeamSystem business growth

**The Junior Analyst**:

- Will develop numerical and business analysis, understanding and communicating analysis results and insights, preparing presentations and deliver them, together with the PM, to describe findings;

- Will also have the chance to interact with many Divisions and Teams within TS, focusing, for example, on data gathering, discussion of analysis results and definition of potential solutions/actions to launch;

- Will be supported by the Strategic Projects' PM in defining clear tasks and objectives, in organizing his time and prioritizing his work;

- Will be coached by the Strategic Projects' PM to develop his skills and competences

**Desired skills and experience**:

- MSc in Economics or Engineering;

- Quantitative skills, including modelling and use of Excel;

- Written and verbal communication skills, including power point presentations;

- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills, to understand complex situations and propose practical solutions;

- Predisposition to team working;

- Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines; goal-oriented;

- Strategic minded, strong interpersonal and organizational skills;

- Italian and English proficient knowledge;

- Willingness to travel (Italy).
