The faculty is highly research-oriented and expects the successful candidate to make a significant contribution to research in the field of entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial behavior of managers and employees in existing companies, applying extensive theoretical knowledge and advanced quantitative methods.

Possible topics can be inter-individual (e. g.

passion, resilience), intra-individual (e. g.

leadership, AI) or organizational (ambidexterity, entrepreneurial hustle).

In close cooperation with Prof. Christoph Stöckmann, you will make an important contribution to research, teaching, and applied projects with companies as an academic expert in the Faculty of Economics and Management.
