What will you do? Ensure bank flows are processed correctly and efficiently within established timelines. Analyze and monitor the functionality of web services that process bank flows, proactively identifying and reporting issues that might disrupt normal processing. Address and resolve customer requests submitted through tickets by investigating and solving issues within defined deadlines, enhancing overall service quality. What do we request? 1 year of experience in a similar job. Knowledge of programming languages (C#, Java, etc. ). Prior experience in banking operations or financial services, with a focus on transactional processes. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with web services and banking systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, ensuring timely and accurate processing of banking tasks. What do we offer? Work by objectives with quarterly monitoring.
