We are looking for a law Junior Associate with experience from a leading practice and with a particular interest in People & Reward practice

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of challenging projects together with our People & Reward team.

You will also closely cooperate with other members of our competition, finance, tax, employment, dispute resolution, real estate and regulatory teams.

Our structured network allows new legal developments to be shared rapidly among the teams, which is a real added value for our clients and for our lawyers.

Key responsibilities:

- Support advising clients on a wide range of human resources legal challenge- Support managing client relationships- Training trainees and stagiaires

Key requirements:

- Law degree with first-class academic records- Avvocato, qualified in Italy- 1-2 years PQE gained within a corporate assistance and M&A services- Track record of working for an international law firm or leading Italian law firm- Fluent English, both spoken and written- Able to work constructively and effectively as part of a team- Committed to providing an excellent service to our clients- Good interpersonal skills
