**Your Role and Responsibilities

- Supporting procurement purchases in the IT services industry as part of an international team of lawyers

- Analyzing and advising on all types of legal matters in connection with IT contracts with vendors in Europe and the Middle East

- Negotiating IT contracts as part of a multidisciplinary team

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Law Degree and qualification to local Bar.

- At least three years of relevant professional experience as in-house lawyer or as an attorney at law.

- Contracting and negotiating expertise.

- Experience with working in an international team and on English language contracts.

- Full professional proficiency in Italian and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), third language is appreciated.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- Experience with different commodity types in the field of IT transactions (e. g.

software, hardware, Cloud services).

- Experience with negotiating client agreements in the IT sector would be considered an advantage.

- Additional relevant qualifications (for example LL. M.

in IT/IP or Privacy Law) or further Bar admissions would be considered an advantage.
