We are looking for a Junior BI Frontend & UI Designer to join our team and combine skills in Business Intelligence (BI) and User Interface (UI) design.

In this hybrid role, you will focus on developing the frontend of a CPM toolkit, while also contributing to UI design to enhance user experiences.

This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone passionate about BI and design, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating with Product Managers, Analysts, and UX teams.

No prior experience is required—we will teach and guide you as you grow into the role. Key Responsibilities Frontend Development for BoardDesign and build dashboards, visualisations, and user interfaces within Board. Customise and optimise the frontend of Board to meet business needs and improve usability. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data is presented effectively and aligns with user requirements. UI DesignCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for BI-related user interfaces using Figma or similar tools. Translate complex data workflows into intuitive designs that enhance the user experience. Collaborate with UX teams to test and refine designs based on user feedback. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, including colours, typography, and overall design language. What you'll need A strong interest in Business Intelligence and data visualisation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in both English and Italian. Preferred (but not required) qualifications Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. Exposure to BI tools (Board, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

). Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualisation principles. Understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira.
