YOUR ROLE Leading brand positioning to support the implementation of the BU value proposition Developing strategies and brand guidelines to ensure consistent customer experience Managing and coordinating brand architecture in terms of nomenclature, book-values etc. Analyzing brand health indicators Organizing market research and develops plans to address deviations in brand structure Leading global brand strategy and steering brand portfolio as well as trademark strategy Supporting marketing team in developing product/concept communication materials to position Henkel BU across all Customer Touch points and leading branding guideling for digital Developing systematic approaches and programs to identify and map Consumer Journey generating long-term innovation ideas and developing them with technical functions #J-18808-Ljbffr
