- Nestlé in Italy, Milan Headquarter
- Permanent contract
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience within Marketing or Commercial functions
- Strong analytical skills: ability to extract and present data in a smart and effective way
- Communication and collaboration skills to lead and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- Fluency in Italian and English.
**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the _Senior Brand Manager Food Italy Pizza _, as a Junior Brand Manager Buitoni Pizza in Nestlé you will bring energy and commitment to support the implementation of Buitoni Pizza marketing plans, including innovation/renovation, product & project management, and data analysis.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to interface with different functions (Commercial Development, Demand and Supply Planning, Regulatory) with both internal and external Italian and European stakeholders, leveraging on a strong Nestlé brand to achieve the objectives and win with the consumers.
**A day in the life of. . . the Junior Brand Manager Nestlé Buitoni Pizza**:
- Develop a deep understanding of sell-out data and competitive dynamics
- Together with the Senior Brand Manager, co-develop and execute strong, functionally aligned marketing plans.
- Manage product portfolio in terms of packaging, coding, and support in Innovation and Renovation processes, involving all relevant stakeholders, factories and business functions.
- Manage operatively Marketing Expenses and monitor advancement.
- Leverage on Nestlé digital assets and third parties opportunities to delight our consumers
- Be an open window on food trends, product innovations and marketing activities (online/offline) put in place by competitors.
