Junior Brand Manager - Nestlé Infant Nutrition
Position Snapshot**:
- Nestlé in Italy, **Milan Headquarter (Assago)**:
- Permanent contract
- Business Degree in Marketing or Scientific disciplines
- ** Strong passion **for the specific category and market context
- Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing role
- Previous experience within **infant formula/pediatric supplement** sector would be a plus
- Proven attitude to **cross-functional teamwork**:
- Fluency in **Italian and English** is required.
**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the
**Senior Brand Manager Infant Nutrition**, you will build and activate strong brands in the Infant Formula business and Pediatric Supplements, bringing passion and entrepreneurial approach aimed to achieve strong business results (Market Share, Organic Growth and Profitability).
**A Day in the life of the Junior Brand Manager Nestlé Infant Nutrition**:
- Develop a deep understanding of category dynamics and the main stakeholders' (medical, consumers and customers) to gather all opportunities for the brand.
- Together with the Senior Brand Manager you will:
- define the priorities for medical detailing and develop and execute materials to support Medical Field Force (e. g.
folder, visual, gadgets)
- co-develop, execute and monitor Above The Line/Below The Line communication activities in coherence with the marketing plan
- support in the leadership of Innovation & Renovation projects, from generation to product launch and post launch evaluation, involving all the relevant stakeholders, business functions and tools
- Lead the development and execution of strong and functionally-aligned brand plan with high integration of Medical Team, Digital and Trade Marketing (3 channels: Retail, Pharmacies and Baby Stores)
- Actively share information with Trade Marketing/Sales, DSP and contributes to sales forecast and participates in developing recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy.
- Track and monitor category performance, with focus on competitors' activities, PFME spending.
- Connect with international R&D Teams and factories for new launches and maintenance of actual SKUs.
- Work in partnership with communication and graphic agencies to ensure coherent brand communication on materials for all the stakeholders (medical, customers, consumers).
